"What has struck me the most about Andy's book is the readability. For an engineering book on what many think is a difficult cocktail party topic, Andy has condensed the information to the essential information without glossing over the topics. For example, in the MSA chapter, 'All measurements are wrong' starts off a wonderful chapter on the whys, hows and practical information on doing and analysis Measurement System Analysis. This is a must read for any engineer in the design, manufacture, process, or movement of product."
